Cassie previously owned Too Far North Fitness/CrossFit SJV in Fort Kent, ME. What you may not know is that Cassis is actually the brains behind the name and foundational design of “The Swede”. Being part Swedish herself, she brilliantly came up with the name and base design. When she’s not slinging Kettlebells all over the gym, she can be found studying and finishing prerequisites with the goal of attending Veterinary school in the near future. Cassie is married to Rick (the pretty face of Verktyg) and lives in Oregon with their son Keegan and their FIVE rescue dogs. Cassie likes to say she has 7 kids… 1 Actual kid, 5 dogs and a husband.

Rick is married to Coach Kettlebell Cass (the real brains of the Daigle family) and lives in Oregon with their son Keegan, aka “The Blender with the top off” and FIVE rescue dogs.
